Beastie Boys(Ages 5-6) | Boys (Ages 7+)

Our Boys Recreational Gymnastics program is designed for energetic young athletes ready to channel their energy into strength, control, and skill. Through fun, age-appropriate activities, boys learn to master the Men’s Olympic events — floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and horizontal bar — while developing coordination, body awareness, and strength. This program not only builds a strong foundation for gymnastics but also enhances overall athletic ability, helping young athletes succeed in other sports as well.
